She has renovated over 20 properties and has consulted on numerous more client projects, including full remodels, new builds, interior design services for homeowners, renters and investors. She specializes in working within clients’ needs and in a wide variety of styles. She consults on all planning and design decisions, including layout, kitchen and bathroom configurations, all material selections, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, color choices, furniture and decor. She offers custom artwork and wallpaper and curates client’s own artwork collections. She enjoys the collaborative process of helping people create a home they dream about and she is known for working well with specific needs, style and budget.
What’s offered:
Services available include renovation planning and interior design. An initial on-site walk through is followed up with specific layout, material and product recommendations. The next steps include custom design boards, shopping links, generating designer discount quotes, specific on-site meetings with material samples in-hand, as well as sub-contractor recommendations. Design boards are created using a design program that allows clients to shop for all items by clicking direct links. Alex retains designer discounts for materials and products, when available. Clients can purchase the items themselves, or by their contractor. Alex’s design consulting is a great way to get your space deigned by a professional without committing to a full design service contract.
